I've book a session in good faith. Rakel has cancelled twice just a few minutes before we were about to meet. After the second cancelation I've requested. After second email asking her for a refund, she still did not reply. It's incredibly disappointing. Please do not book. I now need to contact my bank and report scam and I've also decided to use other means to get my money back.
